A new high-end residential and mixed-use community located just outside the Las Vegas Strip, The Reserve at Red Rock Canyon is set within a national conservation area and aims to become one of the most naturally beautiful, environmentally-sensitive, and exclusive private communities in the country. We created a brand identity that reflected their sophisticated vision.
Once realized, The Reserve at Red Rock Canyon would be one of the most unique and premier mixed-use lifestyle developments in the world. But until then, it was a vision and a plot of land in a remote area of Las Vegas. Its promise had to be conveyed through visual demonstration and branding.
A Higher Echelon
Knowing that luxury home buyers value the prestige of distinction and exclusivity in the communities they join, we positioned the development as an exceptional collection of private retreats set in an idyllic environment and perfectly distanced from The Strip.
Rare and Refined
We originated a name and brand identity reflective of the exclusive premium nature of the vision, including the logo, which depicts a graphic representation of a key, superimposed against an R, and surrounded by a graphic enclosure.
Introducing Rustic Luxury
Our design choices were driven by a desire to convey the natural power of a historic place in a modern way. The resulting suite of design work renders a sophisticated logo and brand marks with a minimal type treatment. The aesthetic brings the nostalgic and rustic past of the setting forward in an elevated and self-aware manner, conveying luxury and taste at every touchpoint.

A New Legacy Begins
The Reserve at Red Rock is officially underway, as key partners were flown in to break ground and get the project rolling. This included key leadership from world renowned architecture firm, Backen and Backen, as well as the Founder of Blue Heron, a local luxury housing development company. Media was also invited which created a burst of buzz. The event featured a showcase of early stages and renderings of the project.
