When Inspirada needed help relaunching the Inspirada Master-Planned Community after the long economic downturn, they turned to OH Partners to develop their traditional advertising efforts.
Inspirada is a flourishing master-planned community located in Henderson, Nevada, 15 minutes south of the Strip. Within this vibrant and active community, you’ll find five award-winning builders offering more than 50 models, single and two-story homes, patio homes, and flexible floor plans accommodating a breadth of market segments ranging from millennials to active adults. Inspirada is rich in healthy amenities, offering four parks, play fields, sports courts, dog parks, a resident community center, six resident-only heated pools, splash pads, interactive playgrounds, ramadas, hiking and biking trails, and access to Sloan Canyon National Conservation area.
OH Partners utilized an integrated plan consisting of television, print, radio, outdoor, and direct mail to showcase this beautiful and diverse community and drive traffic. OH also worked closely with Inspirada’s digital partner Lucid Agency to ensure a truly integrated campaign on social and digital fronts.
The results exceeded expectations.
Working in collaboration, OH Partners and Inspirada generated 564 new home sales within the community, exceeding the annual sales goal by 13%, and increasing year-over-year annual sales by 45%.
In addition, the 2016 RCLCO national survey results, released in January 2017, ranked Inspirada #7 in the 20 Top-Selling Master Planned Communities across the country.
Today, OH continues to help Inspirada tell its brand story of inspired living, diversity, and community. The collaboration between OH Partners and Inspirada will continue to generate success and build a neighborly, active, and thriving community.
